Be sure to take into account the interests of your potential tour participants.
When you first contact us about designing a tour, you may have a very definite itinerary in mind or you might just have a preliminary idea. We will work with you to develop your thoughts in either case.
When you contact us, we will need to know roughly where you would like to go and when, the number of people you anticipate being able to recruit, any special interests or requirements you may have and the number of complimentary trips if any should be included.
Be as fussy as you like! The more we know about your needs, the better we can serve you.
During the process of designing your tour, there will, of course need to be a discussion about the time period during which you would like to travel and your flexibility in regard to actual dates. In addition, if you have specific requests as to hotels, type or locations of hotels, be sure they are thoroughly discussed.
Once we have your request, we will design your tour and calculate the cost. We will then prepare a written proposal for you consisting of a tour cost quotation, an itinerary outline, general information specifying the items included in the tour cost, and the terms and conditions under which we will provide the proposed trip.
In promoting your tour, you need to use every available opportunity to promote to your group membership through your newsletters, shells, postcards, calendars of events, and through making your promotional materials available at related events in your community. we also offer free emailing to your list and a free website page for each group. |
